Did you also know that your body is constantly adapting to the inputs itโs receiving?
Let me explain:
ย If you think you canโt do something, then you canโt.
ย If you donโt have a plan, and put systems in place to create new habits, then of course it will hard to get rid of current ones.
ย If you always skip breakfast, then itโs likely you wonโt feel hungry in the morning.
ย If you donโt make time for exercise, then how can you be someone who consistently takes action?
If you donโt make time to practice consistency in general, in anything, WHY would you be good at itย Itโs not rocket science to work out that you arenโt going to be โGOODโ at the things you โDONโTโ do
ย When you stop thinking that certain things are a natural skill, or that some people just donโt have to try hard, or others are just โGOODโ at things, and realise that YOU CAN choose to treat anything like a skill you can improve, then you will also realise that a lot of things actually ARE possible!
Setting up systems helps you be a step ahead of those things you donโt always feel like doing, so that you are one step ahead. Thereโs nothing holding you back from what you want, whatever that may be, except planning, preparing, commitment, training and practice.
