We can often mistake hunger for thirst, if you think you might be hungry inbetween meals, and you know youโve been eating enough, have a big glass of water first, and wait 15 minutes to then see how you feel.

Make sure you have pre-planned and prepared nutritious meals., making it the easy option to eat well. If you have planned out your day beforehand, this will help to remove the thinking around food and what / how much youโre going to eat. Simply eat what you have planned and donโt overthink it.
