❓What can you do about this? Firstly you need to be OPEN to a perspective shift. Then, you track your β€˜bright spotsβ€™πŸ”΅, and start recording everything that’s going well. Believe it or not, but in doing this, your brain starts to look for success, and often starts finding it.

πŸ‹οΈEach Friday at the gym, we celebrate β€˜Bright Spots Friday’, and encourage members to share with other members their wins, achievements or breakthroughs each week, no matter how small. It could be as simple as the fact that they made it in the door this week.
