This healthy ‘CHIMMI CHURRI’ sauce surely does that, and is even more DELICIOUS using this superb local product, Grange Garlic.

𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗜 𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗜 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup roughly chopped parsley leaves
- 3 tsp GRANGE GARLIC
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 small red chilli, de-seeded
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp pink salt (can’t go past Murray River Salt Flakes!)
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
METHOD
- Pulse all ingredients except for olive oil and red wine vinegar in food processor until finely chopped and combined.
- Add olive oil and vinegar and continue to pulse until all ingredients are mixed well.
- Enjoy your way!
