Chimmi Churri Recipe

Looking for ways to add a punch of flavour to liven up a steak, chicken, lamb or prawns?

This healthy ‘CHIMMI CHURRI’ sauce surely does that, and is even more DELICIOUS 😋 using this superb local product, Grange Garlic.


🧄 GRANGE GARLIC is like no other minced garlic you will have tried. It’s FULL of natural FLAVOUR and supermarket garlic is just not in the same league. You won’t go for anything else after you’ve tried this raw, natural product – which also has a tonne of health benefits if you didn’t know!!



  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup roughly chopped parsley leaves
  • 3 tsp GRANGE GARLIC 🧄
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 small red chilli, de-seeded
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp pink salt (can’t go past Murray River Salt Flakes!)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

    🥣 METHOD

    1. Pulse all ingredients except for olive oil and red wine vinegar in food processor until finely chopped and combined.
    2. Add olive oil and vinegar and continue to pulse until all ingredients are mixed well.
    3. Enjoy your way!
