OUR classes


This is a 30 minute HIIT class. In an e30 class, the movements are a little bit easier to learn, the weights are a little bit lighter and the reps a little bit higher. This is all designed to get you sweating, to elevate your heart rate and to get you burning the maximum amount of calories in the minimum time possible.


This is a 45 minute Strength and HIIT class. With a designated strength portion at the start and followed immediately by a HIIT session after, the e45 class is designed for the “after-burn” effect and help you burn calories well after you stop exercising.


This is a 60 minute All Rounder class. Described as the full fitness enchilada, the e60 will build every aspect of your fitness. If you want to get fitter – do e60. If you want to get stronger – do e60. If you want to lose weight – do e60. This class is designed to get you burning the calories, both during and after the session, but to also help create the ideal hormone environment to achieve serious fitness gains, all the while dropping body fat levels.
