MONDAY MOTIVATION

𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡!!
🥦🏋️In the nutrition and fitness world, this very scenario can play out a lot.
😬We see clients and members plateau with weight loss or get frustrated because they still can’t get that squat PR. Then sure enough, soon after they have another low weigh in or they can add another couple of kgs to the barbell.
This is often the point where they say, ‘I’m so glad I didn’t give up, and without your support, I would have!”
⤵️This also goes beyond weight loss or fitness goals. All too often people give up when more success is just around the corner. It happens when things get harder, patience is running out, new challenges or obstacles appear at a time where there is already frustration with slow progress.
🤒Remember that frustration often means that a breakthrough is about to happen, and it’s through obstacles that we grow and learn to overcome challenges.
Instead of taking the ‘glass half empty’ approach:
👉 ‘I have more I need to accomplish, I’ve got so far to go to finally be successful’.
Try the ‘glass half full’ approach instead:
👉 ‘Yeah there’s more I want to achieve, but why would I stop now when I’ve already come this far?” 🤷‍♀️
💡Here’s a powerful thought to take with you:
💥When you get frustrated and consider giving in, ask yourself: ‘What would I do if knew that more success was just around the corner?”
